From DIMCO
IN DEVELOPMENTPointLedger
Surveying workflow software built by surveyors, for surveyors.
PointLedger is being designed around the way surveying companies actually move a project from the office to the field, through review and delivery, and into long-term project records.
One Project. Office to Field. Field to Record.
A Connected Workflow for Surveying Companies.
PointLedger is intended to connect the parts of a surveying project that are often spread across schedules, field notes, photos, project folders, office records, and separate software systems.
Keep the Project at the Center.
Project details, scheduling, field activity, tasks, review, records, and related information stay connected to the same project.
Built for Real Field Operations.
Field Days, crews, setups, observations, photos, notes, and field activity are designed around surveying workflows.
Preserve the Project History.
Project information and records remain organized after the field work and delivery are complete, supporting long-term access and continuity.
Historical Projects & Company Records
Your Entire Surveying History. Organized.
PointLedger is being designed not only to manage today’s projects, but also to make decades of completed surveying work easier to find and use.
Instead of leaving thousands of old jobs buried inside folders, historical projects can become searchable Project records connected to locations, files, project information, and company history.
Bring Existing Projects Forward.
PointLedger is planned to support bulk import of historical project archives so companies with hundreds or thousands of existing jobs do not have to recreate every project manually.
See Where Your Company Has Worked.
Completed and active projects can be represented geographically, creating a company-wide map of surveying history and previous work.
Find the Old Job Again.
Searchable project information can help locate work by job number, client, address, location, parcel, and other project details.
Keep the Files You Already Have.
PointLedger is being designed to work alongside existing project file repositories rather than requiring every company to abandon its current storage system.
Active Project Workflow
Project → Schedule → Field → Review → Deliver → Record
PointLedger is also being designed to manage the active project from the moment it enters the office through field work, review, delivery, completion, and long-term records.

Built from Surveying
Designed Around the Work, Not Around Generic Project Management.
PointLedger grew from the need to manage surveying projects across both office and field operations without losing the relationships between people, field activity, project records, photos, mapping, files, and long-term history.
The software is being developed around workflows that DIMCO encounters in actual surveying operations, with the broader goal of creating a platform that can serve other surveying companies as well.
PointLedger
Current Projects. Historical Projects. One Company Record.
PointLedger is actively being developed by DIMCO. The goal is to connect daily surveying workflow with the long-term project history of the company. Product availability, pricing, and release timing will be announced when the platform is ready for broader use.
